About this property

Ours is a large home with lots of space, suitable for a family. Open plan living with foldaway doors that leads onto the deck. There are three main bedrooms, two bedrooms have ensuites. Another room is utilised as an office, it has a pull out sofa bed and can also double as another bedroom TV/games room. My wife is a caterer so the kitchen is well appointed

We have just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and are now retired and both like travelling. We also like spending time with our grandchildren, many now living overseas. We love living by the sea and my husband is a keen swimmer and swims all year round, while I can pop down to the local cafe and watch him swim.

Why they chose this property

We chose our home because it was open plan, modern, and we can also sit on our deck, eat or have a drink while looking at the bush and hearing the birds sing. Proximity to the sea was important to us.
