Beautiful Alhena Luxury villa

Villa Alhena is a newly built, three-bedroom villa in the exclusive Domaine du Lurin. High up in the hills of Lurin, just a short drive from Gustavia, Villa Alhena offers both a great location and panoramic views.

The large terrace surrounding the heated infinity pool offers ample seating in both sun and shade, where guests can spend entire days enjoying the sun, the breezes and of course the gorgeous views.

The main room can be opened up to a small courtyard garden in the back to allow the tropical breezes to cool off the room, in addition to the ceiling fans. The comfortable sectional in front of the TV blends into the formal dining area with a nice table and seating for eight. A kitchen island separates the dining area from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for a chef. A Sonos sound system can be accessed throughout the villa.

The master bedroom is just off the living room. This spacious room has a European king-sized bed, French satellite and Apple TV, ample closet space and a dressing area and in the back, a large bathroom with both an indoor and an outdoor shower. The two guest rooms are situated on the lower floor, facing each other across a hallway. These rooms are one size smaller than the master. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds that can be made up as a European king-sized bed, the other has a European king-sized bed. Each room has a large closet, French satellite, Apple TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Villa Alhena comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used
