This is a great place to relax, rejuvenate and catch some sun on the sun deck, grill some delicious food while overlooking nature, roast marshmallows on the fire pit and enjoy breathtaking and relaxing sunrises/sunsets over Lake Sumner! BBQ rental & Fire Pit incur additional fees.
We are located 35 min from the many Orlando attractions, and our Resort is set on 450 beautiful acres. Whether you are a keen water-sports enthusiast, active and enjoy golf, cycling, walking and hiking; or just looking for a beautiful place to relax, we have something for you.

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.

PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.
