Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath modern home in Old Town Scottsdale. There are two master bedroom suites (full private bathrooms) and then two other spacious bedrooms! This is a great room floor plan so you are never away from the action. The dining area is furnished with an oversized custom made table! The house Sleeps up 12 adults! The Kitchen is strait out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The backyard is large and features a generously sized covered patio, paver patio extension w/more seating, firepit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and a diving pool with lounge chairs! The home also has WiFi, 1 pack-n-play and more. Located in a prime area about a mile away from the center of Old Town Scottsdale, there are plenty of great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and golfing. This place has it all!

Girls Weekend

The house was cute but it was not very clean when we arrived and the back patio screen door was broken. Other than that, the house was a great location and the perfect size for our group.

Great spot - close to everything!

Definitely a great house for a group! We had a great time and really enjoyed how accessible things were. A lot of us took a lot of walks around the neighborhood. You will not be disappointed

Home in good location

Home was in a convenient location to several Phoenix attractions. We had trouble getting hot water to the showers. Prior guests have had similar issues.

The house was clean. The house is old and could use some paint. The pool? Let’s just say I was glad it was to cold to swim. The kitchen is not stocked for the amount of people it holds.

Family vacation

Shannon was so fast to respond to all questions. The property was exactly as we expected it to be, and a GREAT location. If I’m ever in the area again, would gladly rebook. We were traveling with an infant and there was a pack n’ play on property which was super helpful!

VRBO Stay in Scottsdale “okay”

Great location, but…hot water does NOT accommodate the stay for 8 adults (even when we waited 5 to 7 minutes for it to get warm [tepid, actually]). Dining table with broken leg bothersome. Utensils for 10 to 12 people?Clean, overall, but when sectional moved to straighten curtain, found messy waste on floor (I cleaned it).

Great Scottsdale Stay

The property is excellent and spacious. The home had plenty of bath towels and pools towels. The backyard and pool were fabulous during the scorching temps while we stayed. The kitchen is well supplied to make basic meals. Water pressure in second master suite was not great. Overall we look forward to staying again next May with out entire family!

Amazing girls weekend! Super clean vrbo

We had a group of girls stay here for a weekend and we were super impressed with how clean this property was, even the pool was so clean. They layout of the house was perfect and the backyard was amazing with the most beautiful sunset views. This property was equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. It was also so close to everything. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Nice place but...

This is a great layout and awesome back yard. But the biggest problem is the internet doesn't work at all!!! We couldn't even watch TV. Which was super inconvenient.

Fantastic! The group loved it!

My marketing team and I stayed there and everything was perfect. We had a minor issue with the furnace (brand new needed to be turned on) and a Technician was sent out immediately. Shannon kept in touch. The house was nice and nicely priced. Met all of our needs.

This was a great home to hold the bachelor party my friends and I had in late September. It was clean, and well maintained. It was very close to downtown Scottsdale, as well as the grocery store for supplies. Excellent backyard, and pool, however the water was slightly cloudy. I recommend this house, and would stay again!

Handy Location

The house was in a good location and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was nicely decorated, but there were some maintenance issues. Leaky sink, non-functioning shower head, dishwasher isn’t the most effective, and the fridge had a broken shelf. Overall - a nice place to stay but not outstanding.

For the price the property matched up with the location. We were there for Thanksgiving to cook for our girls at college. The advertising was a bit deceiving in the details of what was available to cook and serve with......Especially when planning on cooking a home cooked Thanksgiving meal. If you plan on cooking at the house, make further arrangements.
