The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife reserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area. This comfortable private home is located just 4.8 miles from Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island Beach is just 5.9 miles away. The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just about .5 miles away and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, and a Starbucks coffee shop. Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.1 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands circle is about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and casual and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.
