Solar Heated Swimming Pool & Gas Heated Spa. A full sized Tennis Court with Night Lights spans the backyard. Upstairs outdoor undercover deck provides BBQ facilities, table and chairs to look out over the balcony to both sides of the home with wonderful views.
Imagine a few sets of tennis with family/ friends followed by a barbecue on the deck or perhaps a short 200m approx. stroll to the popular Camerons Bight beach in a highly sought after location in Blairgowrie.

High fenced frontage with a security gate, Macfarlan provides room for up to 4 cars, or a combination of vehicles, a boat or jet ski in the driveway and under the carport. Entry level floor plan comprises of bedroom 3 with 2 single bunks, a spacious lounge, living area with TV, streaming services, a full bathroom with vanity, shower & toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Door access outside to the spa, pool and tennis court.
Walk upstairs to a modern light filled open plan family dining area for 8, 4 breakfast bar stools, well equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a Delonghi coffee machine, pantry staples, wood burning fireplace, bedrooms 1 and 2, main bathroom with vanity, shower & toilet. Wi-Fi, Airconditioning, Smart TVs with streaming services.
Sliding doors open out to an undercover entertaining deck with tables, chairs, BBQ facilities and amazing views of the spa & pool located at the front of the home and the full sized tennis court at the rear of the home. External security camera located at the entrance.

Bedroom 1 with a queen bed and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
ENTRY LEVEL
Bedroom 3 with 2 single bunk beds and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

A full bed & bathroom linen plus pool towels provided with every booking. A $300 cleaning fee is applicable for each booking.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council.
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans.
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving.
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.
