Beachfront Condo w/ breathtaking full ocean & pool views, Top Flr, Small complex

What better place to work or school from home...think of the recess breaks😎
This beautiful Top floor condo unit built in 2000 is situated right on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. A full ocean view with sliding glass doors that fold into the wall for a spectacular view. This unit is a 3rd floor, corner unit which means there are extra windows and the ceilings are higher than standard units. This makes you feel like you are in a house compared to an apartment. (it also means you wont hear the pitter patter of people walking on the floor above, because you are the top floor). The fresh coat of paint, remodeled kitchen and crown molding make this a great place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. We hear it over and over that the pictures just don't do it justice. I guess we need to take better photos :(

If you don't feel like walking the few steps to the beach, you can relax in the pool or hot tub, or soak up the sun in the lounge chairs on the pool deck. A gas grill is provided for those that enjoy a good bar-b-q. And don't worry, in the cooler months, the pool is heated so you can always enjoy the Florida sun.
The two covered parking spots are provided extremely close to the elevator which takes you right up to the door of your unit.
The location of this condo is in the heart of the Indian Rocks Beach with numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping. A few blocks down the street is a wonderful park for the kids and a city library for all the reading and movies you could ever watch. Also within a few blocks is a beautiful nature preserve.
Sunset Paradise condo complex in Indian Rocks Beach is close to multiple shopping areas, a small water park, putt-putt golf, an aquarium, some beautiful bike trails including riding over the bridge to Clearwater, a large amusement park is an hour away, Lego Land, Dinosaur World, and Disney is 1hr 45 min away.
There is plenty to do for all ages...or you can just relax at the beach, pool, or back porch and enjoy the best view around.

Fantastic location
Our stay was excellent. Owner was quick to answer any questions and gave helpful suggestions. We ate at all the walk to restaurants honestly I don’t have a favorite all good. My grandkids would say IRB creamery was their favorite. They went there every day for two weeks. I think the owner cried when it was their last visit. Great place to stay. Convenient to everything. Thanks shout out to Mikes Pizza best food get wings to. We could have had this delivered everyday. Owner suggested and it was great.

Sunset Paradise!
The views from this property are spectacular.The heated pool, and hot tub are steps from the beach and make this an ideal vacation getaway. The Property manager is a pleasure to work with and we having been coming here since 2021 and look forward to many more years of enjoyment

Enjoyed our stay
The biggest pro of this rental is its location. Sunset Paradise is aptly named. The sunsets from the balcony are outstanding. Easy beach access, and good restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was clean and nice. The cons were that the pool heat and hot tub jets didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. The cool pool didn’t stop our grandsons from enjoying it, and despite the jets not working, the hot tub was warm. There’s still a lot of hurricane damage in the area, so I would imagine it’s hard to get repair people in a timely manner. All said, with the location and beauty of the area, we would return.

Can’t beat the view
This 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit condo is a great size and the view is spectacular. The owner answered my questions quickly before check in. Once inside I smelled mold so I checked to ac filter and it was black. I removed it and texted a photo to the owner who replied he’d have to talk to the maids about changing it more often. We spent the trip without one. The place could use some work but overall it was comfortable. It was noisy with kids screaming in the hallway, workman underneath us and the pool just below us. Beach is awesome and you can rent a lounge chair next store. Walk to Guppies best for in IRB.

An excellent choice!
This condo is beautifully decorated with breathtaking sunset views, and a spacious deck. With only 55 steps from the pool gate to the beach, we loved this convenience. The hot tub needed a repair and the owner was quick to address this. We used the hot tub all day during the rain. I have hundreds of photos from the sunsets! We were not ready for this vacation to end.

Absolutely loved the location and the view. However, if you plan on booking this, make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish pods, and soap to shower with. For the price we paid for the unit plus $75 for beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella, some of the basic essentials should have been included.

Great Summer Vacation

We have stayed in every condo in the building over the last 20 years and this one was by far, the cleanest and nicest. Gordon was great and quickly communicated with us when questions came up. We appreciate you sharing your place with us!

Perfect beach house
We loved the place and hope to come back again soon. So convenient and close to everything. We traveled with a toddler and it having the elevator and direct beach access made it so easy to get down to the beach. He also loved being able to go in the pool. We could walk to multiple great restaurants. And Gordon was super responsive and helpful.

Great apartment in a great location. Views of the beach are amazing - we watched the sunset every night and the pool had great views too. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and there were some great dining options just a few mn away walking. Perfect for a family or a couple. Would love to come back!

Fantastic location with direct ocean views
This property was ideal for my top priority: a balcony offering an amazing ocean view. Nothing better than morning coffee or a happy hour beverage watching the beach and beachgoers, and of course, spectacular sunsets. The unit was immaculate and roomy; the owner was attentive and immediately responsive to any questions/issues. We loved being able to walk to excellent restaurants (especially Guppy's) and ice cream. This was our first trip to the gulf coast, and it was a great introduction to the area. Proximity to St. Augustine and St. Pete's and Tampa for interesting day trips also a big plus. Highly recommend.

We stayed with our five children and had an awesome week. The unit is dated but it’s still beautiful. One thing i didn’t expect: the photos show bath tubs, but the kids are NOT able to bathe in them. The drain is old and does not have a stopper. Hope that can help someone with planning. The bedrooms and laundry set up are great. The view is impeccable. It’s a smaller building, which meant the pool was never very busy. It was kept at the perfect temp and the hot tub was great. The dishwasher in the unit doesn’t really work, i ended up having to hand wash everything after running through the dishwasher. The soap door is missing so the detergent is gone after the initial rinse cycle. Overall, we loved it and would have stayed again if it wasn’t already booked for next year. Don’t sleep on this one!

Gorgeous expansive view! Loved waking each day and enjoying coffee on the balcony. Walks on the beach, lounging in the pool and hearing the waves lap the shoreline every evening. And fabulous sunsets! This unit has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Allison and Gordon are originally from Ohio. We have lived in Tampa for 10 years now and have been growing our family at a pretty rapid pace. We have 5 children, 10 yrs old and younger. Over the ten years we have come to love Indian Rocks Beach best of all the beaches up the gulf coast and are beyond excited to be able to enjoy this beautiful condo that has been taken care of with such pride. We plan to use the condo when we don't have soccer practice, t-ball etc and share our getaway with others when we are not using it

Why they chose this property

We take tremendous pride in our place. It will always be increadibly clean and just waiting for you to spend some great family time together. We understand the value of time spent with family so we try to think of everything so you don't have to.
We have plenty of young kids And have supplied the condo with our basics such as the pack n play, stroller, booster seat etc.

Our location can not be beat. To be honest, there is not a restaurant around with a better view. We often order take out and eat from our balcony.
You will be very close to great food, a great breakfast place, you can rent bikes or paddlebpards etc.
In a short drive you will be in Clearwater Beach which is a much busier beach that has a lot of entertainment.
Lastly we self manage and want every experience to be amazing so if you need anything we are just a call or text away.

What makes this property unique

What makes this place unique:
Extremely clean
Well decorated
We can't take pictures that do the place justice.
Large sliding glass doors that fold into the wall giving you a full wall of wide open view of the ocean.
Being on the third floor you do not hear people walking above you.
The ceilings are also a bit higher in this unit compared to the units below. The extra couple feet make a huge difference.
Also being on the third floor the bugs are not as bad.
It is great to have your own personal restroom just an elevator ride away.
It's perfect for kids and nap time, where you can still enjoy the beach from the unit while kiddos are sleeping.
