Bali Exception offers you a luxurious stay in Umalas , which consists of 5-bedrooms villa; and a media room equipped with sofabed. It's an ideal getaway for families, friends and group retreats. Highlighted by spacious, open-air and atypical tropical design with tropical pool.

This unique villa built in bamboo, allow you to relax and escape from all the daily worries in an atypical, calm and soothing environment with the chance to see the volcano from the second floor.

Please be informed that construction is currently underway near the parking area, expected to last approximately 5 months. Please note that there may be occasional discomfort due to noise.

If you decide, your meal can be prepared by one of the villa’s staff members for your convenience. In the living area, you will be amazed by the modern and sophisticated villa interior. Lounge on one of the cosy couches while you read a book, take a nap, or visit with friends and family. The living area faces the pool and is the ideal spot to rest in the shade while still being able to visit with others as they play in the pool area.

The villa is equipped with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff to take care of all of your needs and questions during your stay. Available 24/7, the staff could help to provide some services such as home cooked meals, arrange day trips, activities, transportation, laundry services, and more (additional cost applied).

Villa Olivia is less than 10 minutes driving to Canggu’s most famous restaurants, night life, cafes, and activities.

You can request airport transfer, we will be happy to help you and will provide you a competitive rate

Check-in Instructions:
- Check in time starts at 2 PM
- There is staff 24/7 at the villa to welcome you. Check in will be arranged through chats and we will give you the number of the villa manager, so you or your driver can contact him. The villa map will be communicated to you as well.
- Number of guest should be the same as the booking

Check out instructions:
Check out has to be done before 11 am.The villa will be fully inspected and your damage deposit will be refunded if nothing is broken or damaged.

Transit
Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance:
- Driver: a 6/7 passenger car can be used up to 8 hours a day with driver, taking you all the places you would like to visit.
- Scooters rental

Additional note:
*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
*Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days notification in advance prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability)
*Smoking is allowed in outdoor villa area only (not in bedrooms)

- Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in details every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.
