We welcome you to relax in our Luxurious rise apartment with it's private balcony and water Views. It's a lovely spot to sit and have a beverage.
Our apartment is in a residential building. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep 6.
You will find the apartment to be tastefully styled and furnished and also providing of everything you need and more. Our modern, contemporary apartment is in a residential building.
*BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
The main bedroom has a Queen size bed, ensuite, built in robes and a study desk and chair.
Bedroom 2 has two king single beds which convert into a King Bed, built in robes, study desk and chair.
There is a 3-Seater sofa in the lounge room, which converts into a long double sofa bed.
Your stay will allow you to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer.
*AMAZING LOCATION: in the building's west , this apartment offers CBD inner City and Docklands water views to the West including the Melbourne Star Wheel in the Docklands, the Bolt Bridge and the Westgate Bridge.
The elegant Master bedroom also shares these views.

Once the starter pack has been depleted, you will need to purchase your products. Luckily this will only require a quick walk across the road. You seriously only have one pedestrian crossing to cross and you are there.

*LONG STAYS
All bookings of 21 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service. You will have the option of a basic house clean at $180 or Thorough turnover Clean at $220.
Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.
*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV request process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. THIS IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL BOOKINGS.
