Noemi’s Place has three bedrooms, three bathrooms spread over three levels. As you enter the property on the ground floor there is a Queen bedroom with ensuite providing a shower, toilet, and vanity and the comforts of a ceiling fan.
Up a few steps will take you to the mid-level with 2 King Single beds that can be pushed together to make a King (these are made with linen as 2 King Single Beds) with separate bathroom facilities with shower, toilet, and vanity. The laundry is also on this level and is fitted with a front loader washing machine/ dryer combo.
Up a few more stairs and you will be in the living/ dining area with timber floorboards, unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a split system air conditioner. Opening off from the living area is the fantastic balcony with calming views through the treetops to the water, electric BBQ, and outdoor dining so al fresco dining can also be enjoyed.
Up three stairs and you are in the renovated, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, electric cooktop, and microwave. The main bedroom is also on this level and has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and main bathroom, the main bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity.
