WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
When you enter our Las Verandas vacation home, you'll first see our cozy living area. We have plenty of seating, with our two armchairs and couch gathered around the flat-screen TV. Have a fun movie night or relax with some TV after a long day at the beach. The sofa can also be converted into a sleeper/sofa.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has room for four. The family can gather around for a homemade meal or snacks. There are also four additional seats around the family breakfast bar for a hot cup of coffee or as extra seating for guests.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you may need. Visit the local Blue Marlin grocery store and stock up on ingredients for a nice meal.
The quaint guest room has a closet for storing all your vacation clothes and a cozy bed to rest your head after exploring the Island. The primary bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, ideal for a late-night movie.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
