Guests enter Brightside by walking up the exterior stairs in the front yard to the front porch of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer that leads you to either the large living room with comfortable seating or a half bathroom & den off of the kitchen. The living room connects to the dining area, the screened porch and the kitchen. One of the home's master suites is located on the ground floor off of the living room. Take the interior staircase to the second floor to find the master suite, the bunk bedroom, the guest bedroom, a hallway bathroom with a double sink vanity & shower/tub combo and the laundry room. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars is included in the rental rate.
