Ponce Inlet Beachside Escape - Just Steps from the Beach

This relaxing, Key West style beachside home is located in the historic town of Ponce Inlet, at the end of the peninsula south of Daytona Beach. When you first walk up to our home, you can’t help but feel relaxed and welcomed by the natural privacy of lush foliage and being just steps away from the beach, this house is perfect when you want a peaceful vacation to get away from it all.

This two story, 3 bedroom home has a large, welcoming front porch perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or to sit with a nice glass of wine at the end of the day while listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. When you step inside you'll enter into an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and both formal and informal dining areas. There's a large family room to relax and watch tv, as well as a sitting area with a fireplace and pull out couch that is the perfect spot to relax and read a book. Upstairs you'll find the large master suite, an office area, two additional spare bedrooms and two full baths. Back downstairs, you can exit out through the french doors into the back deck and fully fenced yard. At the end of the street, steps from the house is a direct access beach walkway leading to the much desired no-drive section of the beach. A short bike ride or walking distance to Light House Park, the Marine Science Center, parasail/jet ski rentals, waterside restaurants and more there is no shortage of things to do in the area.

Are you ready to start your mornings with a stroll down the beach, watch the sunrise over the ocean, spend the day relaxing in the sun & sea, visiting the light house or simply exploring the area? It's time to come enjoy your beachside escape!

Being dog owners ourselves, we understand both the joy and challenge of bringing your furry friend with you on vacation. We have experienced the headaches that come along with condo rentals: crowded elevators, limited potty break areas and strict pet restrictions as well as the comforts when renting homes. We welcome well mannered, house broken dogs to our home. Your dog will enjoy the luxury of a fenced area to go outside off leash, a small dog park just a few min walk away and being able to play and swim at the local dog beach.

Amazingly beautiful house!

I wish I could give this house 10 stars! The pictures are spot on and the house is even more beautiful in person. The location is very private with all the beautiful vegetation. Michelle is an amazing hostess and replied to my questions immediately. I truly cannot wait to stay there again!

Beautiful in all ways

This was a very beautiful home and area to spend the month. So close to a lovely beach and inlet park. The neighborhood was great to walk. By day it was like going on a garden tour with so many nicely landscaped homes. And after dark we felt very safe walking and got to appreciate the Christmas decorations. The owners were great to deal with and made us feel very welcomed as did the neighborhood.

I absolutely loved this property. The foilage around the house was amazing! The inside of the house was spotless and the decorations made you feel at home. The security in the house makes you feel especially safe and protected, although the neighborhood seemed quite and safe.

Just loved everything about this property! Location, cleanliness, decor and amenities. Michelle was an excellent host. Loved having the bikes and kayak available. Got to kayak with the dolphins on several occasions. The hosue is beautifully furnished and you feel like you are on vacation! Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the very near future!

Great beach house!!

My family had an amazing time in this beautiful beach house. Everything was just like advertised. Comfortable, super clean and beautiful. Beach is just a few steps from the house and there are plenty of restaurants very close. Michelle is a great hostess and so willing to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house. It was a pleasure spending a week in Ponce Inlet!

Beach Getaway

Wonderful experience. House was better than described and fitted our needs exactly. Was a great combination of very short walk (you could hear the waves) to the beach and a peaceful friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again. One of our first VRBO experiences and couldn’t have chosen anything better. House was fully equipped with more than expected household needs and beach toys. Landscaping was beautiful and added to our stay. Host was very attentive to details and couldn’t have been nicer. Overall a wonderful 5 weeks in our home away from home at the beach.

Perfection!

The pictures of this beautiful home don’t do it justice! It is simply perfect! From the decor, to the space for our entire family, to the location. Our family of seven and three fur babies had an amazing time and enjoyed every amenity this beautiful home had to offer. The beach was just a quick walk to the end of the street and we can’t wait to book again for our next vacation.

Dream A Little Dream With Me

Stop scrolling through endless properties for a moment. Just sit still and close your eyes. Think about what you want in a perfect vacation spot. Here is proximity to one of the world's most famous beaches yet quiet enough to feel like you have it all to yourself. A place that actually looks like the pics and goes BEYOND your expectations because the host is outstanding. With special touches throughout her beach house, she makes you feel like family and welcomes you into a HOME away from home. We spent a month here and it was the BEST experience we have ever had. Ok. Open your eyes and see if you can find available dates for this place. If not, you can blame me and my family for already rebooking!

After visiting different locations in Florida for the last 12 years, this home has to be the best furnished, well equipped, and most comfortable home that we have ever stayed in. This home had everything you need, everything! Arrived to find the house exactly as shown in the photos. We called the home the “ Jungle House “ The location is wonderful only steps away from the beach. The owners were great to deal with. The garage housed beach chairs, umbrellas and even bicycles for rides on the beach. The front porch was breathtaking for early morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. Our two month stay will always be a treasured memory…….

My husband and I have always loved to travel and especially enjoy vacations at the beach. When we first visited Ponce Inlet we were immediately drawn into the area and knew we would one day be back to stay.

Why they chose this property

This house was love at first sight for us. The privacy created by lush foilage, the convenience of the direct access walkway to the beach right at the end of the street and the relaxation we feel when sitting on the front porch listening to the waves always brings a smile to our face & washes away the stress of our lives. The home is so calm, open, bright and comfortable - our perfect beachside escape!
