What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, if you open the windows to create a cross breeze it will cool down the home quick

Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests with 1 King size bed in the primary bedroom and 3 queen size beds and a double bed bunk bed with a single bed on top - Perfect or Families with Children! (Please note the bedroom in the basement doesn't have a door separating the queen bed and the bunk bed)
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

The location was great for us - 10 minutes to Rogers Place! It was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it worked well for our family of five. Really nicely decorated.

Lovely, unique home

This house was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults. It's difficult to find a rental that will accommodate adults that doesn't assume we are all couples who will share beds. Another frequent problem we encounter is enough living room seating for everyone. This house has both of those issues completely covered. It's a unique, old house full of character, very clean and well decorated. Vanities with hair supplies were a very nice touch. Another bathroom would be great, but there's not much you can do about that. Highly recommend.

This was our first time as a family travelling to Edmonton. The location of the house was very easy to get to. We spent two days going to the West Ed and from the house to the mall it was so easy to get to and back. We had no worries to let the kids play in the front yard or go for a walk.

A Nice Little Spot

We appreciated staying at this property and we were thankful it had 6 beds. The only thing we noticed was that the pictures make the property look a lot more spacious than it is, but it was sufficient. We also noticed that the bunk beds room is accessed by walking past one of the larger beds and the two sections are connected. All in all, these things were not an issue and we would stay here again.

Great Stay, great hosts, misleading description and smoke smell.

It was extremely important for us to have 4 private bedrooms which this property had in its description. However, it effectively only hade 3.5. The 3rd/4th bedroom was not private and was actually a part of another bedroom by being connected by a short hallway and did not have its own entrance. The property also had a smell of cigarettes along with cigarette burn on the kitchen table and kitchen chair which we were not very pleased with since we very dislike the smell. With that said, the property was nicely decorated, the hosts were great and helpful, and the location was great for us.

Great stay for a family

We enjoyed our stay at this cute, stylish little bungalow. There were tons of sleeping options. Our 5 and 6 year olds loved the bunk beds. The sheets and duvets were very nice and there were stylish throws for extra warmth. The two living rooms were great to relax in. There are lots of puzzles and some board games found in the downstairs closet and also a foose ball table. I appreciated that there was also little kid plates and cups! Also that there was white and brown sugar for coffee. The only downside was there was only one washroom, but this has been mentioned a few times before. Just takes a little planning. There was 8 of us on this trip and just checking if anyone needed to use the bathroom before taking showers was all that needed to happen. Location wise, I am not very familiar with Edmonton but it was about 20 mins from west Edmonton mall, 5 minutes away from a no frills and rexall and lots of places to order food from near by. Samantha was quick and easy to deal with for any of my questions or messages. Would stay here again!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location. It’s was nicely decorated and clean. The hosts were accommodating (letting us check in a little earlier) and were quick to respond to our inquiries. It would have been great to have a second bathroom. But we still managed without. (even with the number of people in our group). We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We stayed this past weekend for a girls weekend and the property was adorable! It is close to downtown and whyte ave which was really convenient. It was decorated beautifully and the group of 8 we had slept comfortably in the many beds provided. There is a great outdoor space you could use and plenty of cookware. The communication with the property manager was excellent, she responded quickly and attended to anything we may have needed and check in/out was really easy. I would definitely recommend! 😊
