Summary:
Our seasonal rental second floor coach home is located in the Chesapeake subdivision of Hawthorne in Bonita Springs, FL. Hawthorne is easily accessed from both Old 41 and Shangrila Road which goes directly to Imperial Parkway which makes the community quite close to both the Coconut Point Mall and Bonita Beach which is only 6.5 miles away. The community of Hawthorne includes 2 clubhouses and pools, one is right to the entrance to the Chesapeake Cove Subdivision and the other larger clubhouse and pool are near the main entrance off of Shangrila Road. Additionally there are 2 tennis courts, and 2 exercise rooms as well as sidewalks throughout for miles of scenic walking and jogging.
The Space:
Our second floor coach home has over 2100 square feet and has an attached 2 car garage with an interior staircase leading from it to the second floor coach home. Upon coming up the stairs you enter the family room with tall tray ceilings with large windows and sliding doors that let in a ton of natural light. There is a beautiful view to the lake that is directly behind the coach home as well as a manicured landscape that you will find throughout Hawthorne. There is a Dining Room area that is easily accessed from both the kitchen and the family room that seats 8. Addition dining is located in the kitchen which sets 4, on the lanai which seats 6 as well as the barstools at the kitchen counter for informal meals and cocktails/coffee.
The Kitchen of the home is quite expansive and features stainless steel appliances, light colored granite counter tops, and plenty of cabinets including a large walk in pantry. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, blender, knife block and more! The eat in kitchen nook has 2 large windows on both sides of it allowing a wonderful view to the lake as well as letting in wonderful natural light. Next to the pantry is the laundry closet with contains the full sized washer and dryer.
The main bedroom of the home is located in the back of the home and has a King bed with a tray ceiling above it. There is a double sliding door that allows access to the lanai from this bedroom. The en suite attached main bathroom is very large and has 2 vanities each with their own sink. In the middle of them is a large soaking tub. Completing the main bathroom is the large glass enclosed shower and the water closet features a newly installed toilet/bidet.
On the opposite side of the coach home is the 2 additional bedrooms. One of them contains a Queen bed with a large closet and the other bedroom contains a pull down murphy bed that converts into a sofa along with a large closet. There is also a desk, a electronic desk that can be raised and lowered and a large screen TV that can double as a monitor. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom which contains a single vanity and a glass enclosed shower and this bathroom can be accessed from all the living spaces as well.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 15 minute drive from the home!
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
