Anp045 - Luxurious villa with pool in Anapoima

This charming villa is surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains and forests, located inside the most luxurious condominium in all of the region, Mesa de Yeguas Country Club.

Outside the villa is the deck with comfortable sofas, sun loungers covered with umbrellas and the large infinity pool with a jacuzzi. For alfresco dining, the villa has a gas grill and dining table.

Inside the villa, the rooms that stand out the most are the open living room and the dining room, which gives the environment perfect natural lighting both day and night and pleasant natural breeze.

After the living and dining room is the multimedia room, a comfortable space with a large smart TV and sound system for cinematic experiences, with a large and comfortable sofa to watch TV with family and friends.

This villa has 4 large suites with access to the beautiful garden and pool. The master suite, the largest of all, has a king size bed, while its other 3 suites each have a queen size bed and two single beds, perfect for families.

In addition to what the villa offers, the country club has restaurants, tennis courts and a large golf course for sports lovers.

CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY

Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

VAT exemption for foreigners:

- The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.

- The foreigner residing abroad must prove his condition by presenting the original passport; the Andean card or the Mercosur card proving your immigration status with the current stamp of Permit to Enter and Stay PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10; or the current Temporary Visa TP-7, or TP-11, or TP-12.
