Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! Balcony is a great place to relax and beautiful view of the mountain. Location is great to many restaurants.

Great place to stay!

This condo was super cute and cozy. It was very comfortable and felt like home. Only thing is shower did not drain. Other than that will definitely look to book again.

Cozy condo close to everything

We loved the deck and sitting outside for meals under the big tree. It was walking distance to a park for our kids and close to downtown. Had everything we needed and so comfy! 10/10 would recommend

Cozy clean property!

We really enjoyed this property and the views of the golf course from the deck are beautiful. We saw elk nearly everyday that we were out on the deck. Especially in the evenings out on the golf course. The property was clean and the owner has provided several amenities that are nice. Such as coffee, soap (dish, hand, laundry, and dishwasher soap) along with dryer sheets. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I always have a great time during our relaxing getaway. This time was no different however there were a few things that might be deal breakers for other people. The pictures make this condo appear larger than it really is. It’s perfect for 2 or 4 people but 6 might be too many. The stairs to the bedrooms are very narrow and could cause problems for older people or people with balance issues. The lighting in the downstairs bathroom is a little strange, only 1 light above the sink which makes it pretty dark in the rest of the bathroom. The guest room is pretty dark as well. The condo is pretty shaded so even opening up blinds didn’t help much (maybe different light bulbs would make it brighter). The furniture in the living room is pretty small. My husband was uncomfortable sitting on them and he’s not a big guy by any means. Wasn’t too much of an issue since he just sat in the recliner. The patio and upper deck aren’t at all private. Luckily the neighbor is friendly. She does have a dog that will bark at EVERYTHING, he’s friendly but is pretty loud. We reached out to our host about the shower filling up/draining slowly. She said she had not noticed it while cleaning but would be glad to check it out. It wasn’t a big enough deal for her to have to come out so we declined her offer. Hopefully it has been looked at though. As a frequent traveler to Ruidoso I ALWAYS read reviews and find them very helpful. This condo at Whispering Bluff was conveniently located to lots of places for us, clean, well stocked and definitely served its purpose for our long weekend.

Treehouse Stay

My family and I spent a couple of nights at the Treehouse. We really enjoyed our time in Ruidoso and loved the condo. It is so cozy and extremely clean. I was even able to take a couple of meetings at the workstation/desk while the family explored the town. We watched elk on the golf course while having dinner on the deck, the kids loved it. We would definitely rent again! Casey,
