3 Bedroom Central Villa - walk to town! Free parking
Welcome to to this gorgeous lakefront, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with one single garage and off-street car park, an easy 5-min flat stroll to the town centre along the picturesque shores of Lake Wakatipu.
The master bedroom boasts an en-suite with bath and heated flooring, lake views, plush superking bed, and it's own balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
With space for 2 cars (one in the garage and one off-street) leave the car behind and walk into town to grab your morning coffee or visit one of the many incredible restaurants Queenstown has to offer.
Free unlimited wifi as well as Sky TV (Entertainment & Sports channels) and chrome cast so you can cast streaming services from your devices . A full end-of-stay check out clean is provided along with all linen needed for your stay.
In the winter months snuggle up in the lounge in front of the roaring gas fire, additionally, a heat-pump has been installed to provide extra warmth, along with cosy heated tiles in both bathrooms and the kitchen to keep your toes toasty.
There is a full-sized kitchen if you wish to cook/entertain, plus a laundry (washing machine & dryer) available.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire villa plus single garage & an extra off-street park.

We have a Ring Doorbell installed externally at the property for security purposes and to be able to communicate with our guests during the check-in process.
