Great small home for families to stay and only a small drive to all activities and the city.
Very quiet home.
I do advise to take your own additional blankets if you prefer not to use the heat pump to keep warm at night when in bed.
Currently on the bed is a fitted sheet and a top sheet and one top blanket. Plus pillows.
Overall, I do recommend this property for families.
House and property was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Property manager / company was prompt with their communication, very helpful and accomodating. Definitely will go back their again and will most certainly recommend the property as well.
Great little place to stay with our family. Very clean and all essentials there. Great linen and two towels each!
Lovely garden area and lock up shed for our bikes
Very easy to book and deal with property manager. Only issue with that was we never received a reminder notification for balance payment and the payment had to be made via bank transfer rather than through the app.
Property was great. Very clean and modern. Would certainly stay again!
We had a great stay. The house and the garden were really nice. Nice quiet neighbourhood. The lounge has a good view for beautiful sunsets.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This was a lovely quiet three bedroom house in a suburban area, but navigation to major roads was quick and easy. The internal fittings and supplies were chosen with a professional hotelier's taste, snowy white linens and matching bottles in the bathrooms. The gardens show the variety you get when someone enjoys caring for them. The air is clear, unlike the city centre.
The walls are thin and the birds greet the day early.
I was visiting New Zealand for the first time and my friends drove me around. We were on our way to Tongariro and decided to visit Rotorua. The place was clean and the host was very prompt in responding to any query. As I was a first-time tourist, we didn't stay at the house very much and therefore we didn't use many of the amenities other than the bathrooms. Maybe it was the age of our group, I didn't notice that one of the bedrooms has bunk beds presumably for children whom we had none traveling with us. The other two bedrooms had nice queen size beds so this property is also good if you have a family traveling. The neighborhood is very quiet if you are looking for a good night's sleep.
