Location and Home Great, Management Not So Much
We arrived at 9pm eastern to the rental. We were pleased with the condition anod location of the property. Immediately we realized that the ceiling fan didnt work in the Queen bedroom. I used the property management portal to place a maintenance request. We didnt sleep well without the fan and were awoken to a hot room the next morning. No fan and no blackout curtains for an east facing, upstairs, bedroom. I gave them the day to address the problem since id submitted so late the night before. Nothing. I placed another message for maintenance that afternoon/evening. Nothing. Finally i got a text regarding the use of their "fantastic" portal should any problems arise and i responded immediately with irritation that id submitted two requests and that the text should be considered my 3rd request. They finally responded that the fan was broken and it wouldnt be replaced until after we left. If a company were truly service oriented they would offer to bring a table top fan...something...no, they just acted like it was ridiculous that I would make such a request. They stated they didnt have "loaner fans". I am not sure why they couldnt go buy a table top fan and bring it over. The property was fine, the neighborhood was fine, but I am not sure id rent from pristine properties again.
