Each with private baths and also a half bath in the common area of the home. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away. Electric Vehicle Owners: dedicated parking spot in garage includes Nema 14-50 outlet. Be sure to bring your own charging cable. Vehicles must not be larger than a midsize vehicle, as the garage is narrow and cannot accommodate large vehicles. Vehicle length cannot exceed 16 ft, no exceptions.

This was a great stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and walkable to so many restaurants. Each entry point in the condo had a pass code, making the place feel very secure.
We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our sister's weekend. Great location, clean, easy parking (once you locate the correct garage). We highly recommend this condo!
This location was perfect. Tons of things to see and do and enjoy within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Very safe — multiple security codes made us feel safe and sound. Awesome. Clean and perfect.
If you’re looking for a spot in downtown Asheville, this is it. Walkable location to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. 4 codes necessary to get into the apartment so we always felt very safe. Quiet building. Clean, comfy beds and large bathrooms. It had all we needed for a quick weekend stay. Bonus, you’re staying on the only cobblestone street in downtown Asheville. :) Management was also very accommodating about letting us leave luggage at their office before our flight. Much appreciated. Thanks for a great weekend Asheville, you did not disappoint.

Spent 3 days at this condo. Everything was fine, place was roomy, comfortable, and modern. Some suggestions . Please add a couple of dish wiping rags to the kitchen. Parking inside was nice except for the tightness in getti g in and out of the slip.
The condo is amazing. Super clean and modern and comfy. We loved having coffee there in the mornings and looking out on the city. The ONLY negative thing is the parking garage is pretty tricky to maneuver. We had a small rental suv that was difficult to get in and out of the parking garage plus the alleyway was pretty tight. Just something to have on your radar if you have a larger vehicle.
The condo is in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping downtown. It’s very comfortable and clean. The one tricky part was getting to the parking off the alley. Trucks were blocking access a couple times. Would definitely stay here again.
The flat was extremely clean, and well furnished with everything you would need. The location is extraordinary and walking distance to all of downtown Asheville restaurants and shops. It was very quiet and secure in the evenings; we loved being able to park our vehicle in the garage. I highly recommend this property and I would most definitely stay here again.
