Glass door leads out to private patio with gas grill and umbrella table with chairs. Deck on one side for sun on the other for shade, indoor patio with wicker furniture. Pond on-site. Surrounded by conservation land and nearby soccer and baseball field. Open year round. Walk from your door to large field and pet friendly walking trails.

Property is in a great area for guest who want to be in a quiet setting yet only a short walk to town activities. Each spot has their own private deck with seating , table and umbrella. Nice landscape yard with pond.
What makes this property unique
Property is quiet and secure yet close to all the conveniences . Set back on a quiet lot , just off Main Street - Route 302- which abuts conservation land and a large field, used for hiking and a new biking trail. Walk to the many shops, restaurants and general store. Also only a short walk to town swimming pool, bank, library, gas station. Also 2 public golf courses and minutes to Bretton Woods and Canon Mountain Ski Resorts. Hike many trail in the White Mountain National Forest. Close by Mount Washington and the famous Cog Railway- which is celebrating 150 years .
