A beautiful, 2nd floor oceanfront bachelor condo with panoramic view on the second floor at the Inn of the Sea Resort in Yellow Point, Ladysmith with is a family resort.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FAMILY RESORT AND SPECIFICALLY DURING THE SUMMER THERE ARE ALOT OF CHILDREN ON THE RESORT AS QUESTS.
This petite, cozy condo has one of the best unobstructed views on the resort property. This unit is at the front with no buildings blocking the view of the ocean. Truly spectacular.
Have your breakfast on the covered front outside deck, overlooking the Salish Sea while watching the sun rise.
The back facing, completely covered deck is a lovely shaded sitting area that offers an extension to this cozy condo.
This condo offers a micro kitchenette which includes a toaster, electric kettle, keurig coffee maker, microwave, small fridge and plates/glasses/cups/cutlery for two. ( as this is a micro kitchenette it does not include a stove, oven, kitchen sink or dishwasher)
A petite inside sitting area with two chairs and a small table. This unit is snug however the outside decks enlarge the spaces.
Also please note that this condo is oceanfront and sometimes birds like to sit on the railing. Host cleans the decks prior to a guest arriving however birds are birds and like to still sit there. Therefor the odd time, birds may poop on the deck. If this sort of thing bothers you please connect with me and I can guide you to a place with less bird encounters.
