Alpen View Villa is positioned to offer uninterrupted panoramic views of Queenstown's iconic landmarks including Lake Wakatipu, Cecil Peak and Walter Peak. Relax, and watch the 110-year-old vintage steamship passes by across the lake, just postcard perfect! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors maximise the superb location and the stunning lake and mountain views.
LOCATION:
The elevated location provides the most spectacular views, while being just a 13-minute walk down the hill to Queenstown's energetic town centre.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The master bedroom with private courtyard and ensuite; including a separate jetted tub, along with Bedrooms 2 and 3 and a shared bathroom; are located on the upper level, additionally there is a generous lake facing balcony area on this level. The Master and Bedroom 2 both share an outlook of the famous Remarkables mountain range, boasting sensational views of Lake Wakatipu and the many mountain peaks from the stunning floor to ceiling windows. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs on the main living level and includes an ensuite and private courtyard. The tiled bathrooms are thoughtfully outfitted with underfloor heating.

LIVING AREA:
This is a wonderfully comfortable room, perfect for relaxing and socialising. Plush carpets, a gas fireplace and heat pump, a desk / workspace area and of course the sensational views of the Remarkables are all you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Put your feet up on the large sofa and just soak in the incredible alpine vistas.
KITCHEN & DINING:
A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktop and the all-important coffee machine. There is bar stool seating and a dining table that seats eight. The dining area has incredible views providing a fantastic atmosphere to gather with family and friends.
OTHER PRACTICALITIES:
This is a family-friendly home complete with a ping pong table in the garage. There is also a portacot and highchair available for guest use.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
Step outside and soak up the fresh mountain air; BBQ with a view and enjoy al fresco dining. Be entertained by the paragliders coming down from Bob’s Peak to the right and watch the world go by below in central Queenstown.
RATE INCLUSIONS, FEES & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of eight guests. A departure clean fee of NZ$400 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4 - 7 nights during peak periods.

PLEASE NOTE:
Credit card fees are non-refundable. This is important to be aware of if you choose to pay your balance ahead of the due date.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- A standard exit clean fee is included in your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Alpen View Villa is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am as per Resource Consent.
- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
