Quiet neighborhood

Overall a nice place to stay. Not much parking though and its on a dead end street. Plenty of room property clean except the coffee pot it has not been touched in quite some time. Comfortable beds, and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. I would stay again if in the area .

Good but not great

This property overall was nice, and was what we needed for the weekend. But a few things definitely need attending. Our bathroom upstairs was absolutely not cleaned before we arrived, thankfully I had some wipes with me to do a once over, but that was a bit unpleasant. Our sheets also had many stains on them. The downstairs bathroom shower backed up with water and our friends had to end up fishing the line from the gross buildup. There was no WiFi, as we went to log in it immediately said the bill was overdue. It had snowed before we arrived, and no one came to clear the driveway and walk way. Thankfully we just happened to throw our snow shovel in the truck because immediately upon arrival we couldn’t pull in and had to shovel the whole driveway, not exactly fun after a 6 hour drive. The space was fine and was big enough for all of us; just needs some basic up keep, and proper Cleaning!!!

Quiet natural setting

This quiet little house is right by trails that overlook a reservoir. Everything was clean and fairly newly remodeled. A couple of small things were wrong, the Keurig had a part missing and the ironing board didn't stay up properly. In general, though, it was a really great place, not to far from downtown but with a secluded feel.

Morgantown

We’ve stayed at this property before and it was great. This time the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. The bathrooms had hair in the sinks and appeared to not have been cleaned. There was a contact lens on the bathroom floor. Towels were stained. The sheets and bed cover in one room had blood stains on them. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice place, a few things need attention

Thanks for a wonderful stay! A couple of comments about the house. Love the way the place is decorated. There’s a strong mildew or musty smell when entering the home. Definitely need the fans upstairs so thank you! A couple of safety things - that bottom stair step is a doozy. Should have a warning about that. Two spindles on deck are broken. Only an issue because we had a toddler. Also it’s time to wash the shower curtains. Again, thank you, we had a nice family weekend in town.

Overall a great stay

This property was just right for our needs. We were traveling to watch a WVU football game and there were 3 couples. We each had out own bedroom and bathroom and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The house was comfortable and rhe location was great for us as there was a niking trail on the next street over. The only issue we had with the property description would be the back yard. The back deck was nice to sit on and relax but could definitely use some upkeep. Keep in mind the back yard is not quite as open as they would have you believe. The picutes on the site make it appear as though the back yard is wide open if anyone wants to play there. Howver, there is a shed in rhe middle of the yard and it has seen better days. Inside the house the only issue that some of us ran into is the lack of a night stand next to thr bed. If we wanted yo charge our phone or put glasses on a night stand we needed to put the items on the floor nect to it. Overall we had a great stay in a cute house

Perfect Welcome Back To Morgantown

First time back to Morgantown in 5 years and this space made the return even more welcoming and memorable. Cozy, clean, quiet, great location - everything I could have hoped for. Effortless and worry free experience. This space is at the top of my list for future visits to Morgantown.

Clean House in a Great Location

This was the cleanest short-term rental I have visited. The location is great and it backs up to a park with beautiful walking trails. The house appears to be recently renovated and is tastefully decorated.

Close to downtown Morgantown

This place worked perfectly for our stay even though we did not use the deck. It is close to many excellent restaurants and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking also. There is a large grocery/liquor store within an easy 10 minute drive.

Great Meet up with Friends

We live in Michigan and needed a spot half way between our friends from Tennessee and Virginia. The house was very comfortable for our group and perfectly located for motorcycle rides. I’d definitely recommend staying in this home!

Really wonderful little house with lots of space!

We stayed here for a dive meet at Myland Park about 20 minutes away. It was so nice to have a lovely home to come home to between practices and competition. The upstairs was a little warm, but that would be our only complaint. The amenities were wonderful. Great washer and dryer, comfortable beds, plenty of linens and overall great use of space in the home. Highly recommend!

Place for Hospital Stay

We needed a place for a few days/nights so that our family could be close and together while my wife had surgery at Ruby Memorial. The location fit our needs well. It gave us a temporary home base away from home that helped our kids have some normalcy and fun while mom was going through a hard time.

Perfect house for families or groups

We loved that the house had everything we needed. Even an ironing board! Three bathrooms were helpful with everyone getting ready at the same time! A nice walking/nature trail is 800 feet away!!

This comfortable property was ideal for our family trip. The house was immaculate, and we appreciated the spacious layout – perfect for a family of six. The quiet neighborhood and the well-kept backyard added a special touch of tranquility. We'd happily stay here again!

Not VRBO

Evolve was a third party interest , VRBO was the listing site. Evolve overcharged for this place and gave me a lame excuse what the difference was. The email with the entry code was incorrect. I had to contact the owner to get the correct code. I will stay again at this house BUT I will NOT go through evolve!

Mountaineer fun

Very clean place for a quick getaway. House was a little small for our size family and only 2 parking spaces made it difficult for multiple cars to stay. Otherwise a great quiet place to stay.
