This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom standard condominium features hardwood floors and excellent river views. Chateau Eau Claire is only five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This condo features a private deck with Roaring Fork River views; an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances; a wood-burning fireplace; an in-unit washer/dryer; a flat-screen TV in the main living area; and a TV in the primary bedroom. The free local bus - with access to downtown and all four local ski areas - picks up right outside.
