If you're looking for a vacation home for the whole family that feels tucked away and private but is close to everything the island has to offer you've struck gold. with this charming Tybee cottage. Circa 1948 this Raised coastal home offers a warm vintage but modern experience. Along with the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, there are two fantastic large screened balconies offering loads of space to gather, eat, drink, play games or share some real quality time with loved ones. Four bedrooms and three baths. Two of the bedrooms have a private entrance. Each bedroom has its own bath. Two other bedrooms are in the central part of the cottage. Beautiful screen porches on the front and back. Classic coastal wood paneling throughout the property. Home is elevated, with parking for four and even an outside shower, Nice green spaces, and a short walk to the beach, historic lighthouse, shopping, and restaurants.

Great location

This place is as advertised. Close walk to the beach and was able to fit my children, my wife's parents and her sister and brother in law comfortably. We enjoyed our stay and my kids did not want to leave.

Our stay here was everything we were looking for. The only issue was how narrow of a time frame the check in is allowed and even with this narrow time our property wasn’t ready when we arrived.

It was overall a wonderful experience. The house was exactly as pictures and the perfect size for our party of 10. Cleanliness…could have been better. But overall, we’d stay again.

Lovely beach house within walking distance to the beach

Overall, very lovely beach house, plenty of room for all our family. Large screened in porches front and back which we loved!. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, toaster, regular Mr Coffee maker, lots of silverware and large utensils. Location was on a quiet road with private houses on either side and withing walking distance to the beach. The one recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses. The full size mattress is so hard very uncomfortable, could feel all the bad spots. The other mattress were very soft with little support. That's my only recommendation Thank you! Happy Renting!
