Family friendly 3 bedroom home with heated pool, ideal for longer stays.
Relax with the whole family at this serene
home nestled in the quiet neighborhood of SE
Cape Coral close to many shops, stores and
restaurants.
Grab your coffee or margaritas and enjoy poolside.
The home gives you three bedrooms, open concept, work area with fast internet as well as fully equipped kitchen making it perfect for longer stays.
You may be a family like us so we have
provided a pack and play, high chair, childrens
toys and water safety equipment.
In the winter months we keep the pool heated to 87 degrees. Please note it can take time to heat up each day depending on the weather.
The a/c is set for 74 during the day and 72 overnight. If you need it cooler please message us. This is to ensure the a/c doesn’t freeze up in the summer months.
We may allow one small dog for longer stays, please message for more details.
