Horribly dirty

The apartment was dirty and I could not get a hold of the host-terrible experience but, Youseff at VRBO was great to work with. Leery about using VRBO again

Great Vibe

Very well stocked kitchen/bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Easy parking. Fun decor. Not excellent when sharing condo with another adult couple and choosing who got the better room/bathroom arrangement. Would be great if sharing as a family.

Disappointed

The owner met us when we checked in and informed us she had a showing the next day but it would only take a few minutes to show the unit. Very uncomfortable with this, having someone go through the unit with all our personal items there. We were also told by the owner that this is my live li hood and we needed to give a 5 star rating and if we had any issues to call her, if someone has to tell you to give a 5 star rating before you even stay something isn’t right. The unit was not properly cleaned, microwave was not cleaned from previous guests, dishes were dirty we had to wash them before we used them. The shower was not cleaned , the floor tile in shower was discussing. Extra Toilet paper was on the plunger next to the toilet, kinda gross knowing it was exposed to any splash of urine while someone was using toilet. The window in one of the bedrooms was secured shut so it could not be opened. Very noisy floor from unit above ours, could hear them walking around.When we booked this it said a short walk to downtown, true but we were informed when we checked in that we should always be with another person and at night it’s better to be in a group. We were very uncomfortable with this location.We travel a lot and this was not what we expected for the price we paid!

We enjoyed the condo especially watching the activity on the river! It was convenient to downtown, shows and things we had planned. Having parking was awesome, too!

It was okay …

I feel like this stay was more for someone who wouldn’t spend a lot of time at the apartment. It wasn’t very homey and although it was picked up, it was not very clean. It wasn’t terrible, just OK compared to other places I’ve stayed. I would recommend this for someone who would be in and out and needs a warm place to sleep, but not necessarily a family feel. The pictures online made it seem bigger and more elaborate than it really was.

Great location

We like to walk so this is a perfect location for us. We headed to Broadway every day and did a couple of tours. Everything was fantastic. On our last night, we realized how close we were to Germantown so we headed over there to a sports bar. The unit was very well equipped, and the owner was very accommodating with us getting us in there as early as possible

So much to see and enjoy in Nashville

This property was a short walk to Broadway. We enjoyed the location. The condo was cute, clean, well stocked and the owner was readily available and accommodating. Would stay at this property again. Ease of parking was a great plus!

Country music weekend

We were four older adults, two from Memphis meeting two of our friends here from New Zealand who wanted to experience the country music scene. The location was great for getting to all the things we did and would be walkable to many although we chose to drive. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Access was easy and the condo was squeaky clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Condo, Near Great Nashville Locations.

The hostess is very responsive and accommodating. I only stayed for 4 nights. She texted to see if we needed anything. The condo backs up to the river. From the back porch, we were thrilled with the wildlife antics of a groundhog, racoon, and bunny! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to Broadway and The Farmers Market. We will be back.

Kim was great to deal with … brought paper supplies as needed. Location was great about a 15 minute walk from Broadway just long enough to sober up. Lyft was very accessible as were the freeways. The balcony overlooked the river and we saw ground hogs, a raccoon and rabbits. The beds were comfortable, the shower very nice and well stocked kitchen. The pool was also a nice bonus. Thanks Kim if we are ever back in Nashville we will definitely stay again.

Great stay. Close to downtown. Adopted a little friend by tbe river. Gopher was cute and entertaining. The place was perfect for us since it was myself, my wife and tjree teenagers.

Perfect spot if you are headed downtown.

We (me, my husband, nephew (20) and niece (18) stayed at the condo from July 3-7 for the holiday weekend. We couldn't have picked a better spot along the river and close to downtown. Walking to the 4th of July festivities on Broadway was so convenient. We could go back and forth whenever we wanted. It was slightly less than a mile walk, but it was flat, and you can see the river and the football stadium across the street, so it went quickly. I walked back to the condo before the concert was over (very safe) and was able to watch the 40 minute firework show from the balcony and shows that were going on all over the city. It was awesome. The condo is not far from the airport and is easy to find. It's a good size for 4 people, and we loved standing on the balcony and watching the bunnies and the muskrats. A few of those muskrats look very well fed and were really cute. You could also see boats pulling barges down the river if you paid attention. We weren't in the condo that much because we were out all day seeing things, but it was a perfect spot to come back to and get ready to drive and go see something not downtown. The parking was very convenient, as well. A huge lot with open parking so you could always park really close to your unit. I would highly recommend staying at the condo if you plan on going downtown and don't want to drive. Kim was great to work with and everything went flawless. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Nashville

Our vacation to Nashville was perfect in so many ways. However, choosing to stay here made our trip so much more comfortable. The owner, Kim, has thought of literally EVERYTHING to make your stay next level. The apartment has just about everything you could think of needing. The location is close enough to all sites and you are right on the river. Highly recommend choosing this VRBO for your next visit to Nashville!

Kim's place was lovely, roomy enough for my husband, adult daughter and I. Though we were a little nervous as we were driving in because we didn't realize how industrial the surrounding area was, we were able to walk, scooter and/or Uber/Lyft everywhere without any problems. Kim was wonderful -- communication was great; she was extremely accommodating. Don't hesitate to stay here!!

I absolutely love this property. I have 4 condo's in the same complex because I love the convenience to downtown and you can walk to all venues. My other VRBO units are 1981791 and 859099 & 789266 please check out my reviews. It's a hidden gem for downtown Nashville. Perfect for all occasions.

Why they chose this property

Close to downtown but not near the noise of the downtown venues. Close to Broadway, Honky Tonks, Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame, Rippy's, Germantown, Nissan Stadium, Green Way Walking Trail, First Tennessee Baseball Park. I think the location and space of each of these 4 condo's are amazing.

Free Covered Parking for all Vehicles. Clean, Safe, Close and Convenient to downtown. Walk to all venues. The Greenway is right out the front door, walk/run/bike/hike to all!
