There is the main house and for seperate privacy, a self contained one bedroom flat.
Plenty of entertainment areas with patios at the front of the home and rear including a fire pit lounge area.
The main house consists of 2 bedrooms and master bathroom, living area, gourmet kitchen, dining room and laundry.
Off the dining room is access to the undercover outdoor patio with dining and bar area. There is also a relaxed lounge area with fire place for additional entertaining.
This area accesses the self contained flat with open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a bathroom.
A shed is also available to store bikes etc.
Parking is driveway only (no garage).
