Cozy cottage in Sea Isle with stunning Gulf views. It is loaded with amenities like Tempurpedic mattresses, drip, K-cup, and Nespresso coffee makers. The beach is steps away. The front deck is an early riser's delight – the sunrises are magnificent! The size-able yard & shaded area on the ground floor is a great place to enjoy the outdoors yet stay cool.
Cancellation: Guest receives 100% (Of what was paid minus the cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (Of what was paid minus cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds.
PLEASE NOTE:
No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by the guest and approved by Coastal Waves Vacations LLC - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, Photo ID, a Selfie, names, and ages of all individuals staying at the home, and vehicle information.
Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve, must occupy the property during the rental period, and be the person responsible for the group. Individuals may not rent on behalf of others.
No events, prom, graduation, or parties of any sort with prior written approval. Additional fees may apply.
Most single-family homes on the beach are built on pilings. Guests must climb a full set of stairs to reach the first floor/main living area.
