Come relax in this 2 bed/2 bath ground level villa in Ironwood Country Club. Two primary suites at opposite corners of the home, both with ensuite washrooms. Gorgeous mountain views from most windows. Well-equipped kitchen. Desk in primary bedroom if you plan on working and blazing fast 500/20 Mbps Wi-Fi!
3 minutes to the Living Desert Zoo, and 7 minutes from the famous El Paseo shopping district.
Single/ground level unit, 1,271 square feet, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Patio is steps from the pool and hot tub. The villa is attached on one wall. Gated complex with 24/7 security.
7 day minimum
12% TOT tax only applies to stays of 26 days or less; because this cannot be customized on VRBO you may see a 12% tax for longer stays, but please message me and I can send a modification to remove this for stays of 27 days of greater.
