Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a lovely spot and has a fine view of the harbour and Harbour Town. It is comfortable; the kitchen is well equipped. However, I did not find the property manager to be particularly efficient or courteous. I was also a bit surprised that the condo had none of the conventional VRBO minor additions like coffee, sugar, cream, etc

2024 Christmas Holiday
Property was well furnished for 2 with sufficient cooking and serving items along with both a k-cup and drip basket coffee maker. Living room provided led to the balcony which treats you with a great view of the marina and lighthouse King bed was very comfy with extra blankets for cold December nights. Shower is critical for a perfect stay and this property has a great spray head for full body comfort. Washer/dryer are provided at no additional charge which was very convenient for our 10 day stay. I would definitely rent this Vrbo again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway
The unit was very well appointed and nicely updated, including the interior common areas. If I had to provide feedback it would be that the bed was uncomfortable and the next door neighbor was loud. It could have been that they were having guests for the holiday. Overall we love Harbor Town and it never having company for the holiday.

Blinds in bedroom , towels like sandpaper , yoga mat was nice touch but dirty and old. Providing one day of coffee and salt & pepper would have been nice. The patio screen door difficult to open and close. The wall where the trash can was in closet in kitchen was splattered from garbage can.. had to wipe down the grime on wall. We had party people right below us sounded like they were in our unit.

The harbor view from the balcony was spectacular. You will be hard pressed to find a better location in the Sea Pines area. We selected this unit so we could be with our daughter’s family who have stayed at this very complex for the past four years. Our stay was so relaxing that we have already started discussing possibly joining them again next year!

Labor Day stay
The location is perfect! When entering the smell of an ionic air conditioner is overwhelming. I called the after hours person and he said what would you like me to do? He offered febreeze. I went and purchased plug ins. It fixed the smell. The mattress is ok. Nothing plush. The bathroom could use some updating. Over all it’s worth renting.

Just what we needed
Second floor condo that overlooked the harbor and a perfect view of the lighthouse. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just soaking in the sights and a cool breeze. The location never got direct sunlight that I noticed so it stayed cool and shaded. Perfect! We had a couple of light bulbs out and the batteries in the smoke detector started beeping. The property management group addressed the situation very quickly. Overall we were very pleased with the location and how well the property was maintained. Pool passes, bicycles, beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved all of it!

We only had one issue and that was for 5 nights we were only provided 2 bath cloths which left us washing clothes every day. I would think you would at least be provided with 4 at the least. Overall a wonderful stay. I would add I hope in the future there will be an update to the shower like maybe a walk in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time we have stayed in this property and we were really pleased with the property itself. The location is perfect for things at Harbortown! But if you are a beach person please know you are NOT allowed to park in the beach club. Only option right now is to ride the trolley. We knew this rule for the summer but Sea Pines changed the date on us this past weekend. Although loved the property and no issues with company I will rent through resort moving forward. Beach is something we like to do!!
