Located on Adams Lake, at Agate Bay. (We are not where map is showing us located). Comes with dock slip, (boats must be insured). large private yard backs onto salmon spawning creek. Perfect for snowmobiling in winter months.. Fishing is excellent all the year round, and especially good in September & October. Fire pit, log or propane powered for use in fire ban periods. Tank is there ready. Good sized grassed area in back yard. Large custom kitchen with all the appliances you could need. 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 9 people. .60 inch HD TV with Shaw direct, Wifi available. Large outdoor decks for barbecuing and entertaining. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, ready to explore. Adams River white water rafting just 30 minutes away. Sun Peaks Ski Resort less than an hours drive away.

Family Lake Stay

We had a great time at Agate Bay. The house was amazing. it was spacious and very well equipped...better equipped than our regular house! The house is not on the lake, though and there's a short walk to get to the beachy area. it wasn't a huge deal for us but we were hoping to be directly on the lake. Otherwise, we had a great time...and sounds like we'll be buying a dart board for the kids now :)

Large Log house by the sandy shore of Adams Lake

Wonderful log cabin, with all the amenities you may want, accessible by a paved highway but surrounded by wilderness. Great and accomodating host.

It was the perfect family getaway! The cabin was clean and fully equipped and the beach was so close

We had a great time exploring the beach and lake that were only steps away from the cabin. . Canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. Evenings were spent in the large back yard cooking on the BBQ, playing badminton and star gazing while enjoying roasted marshmallows. The weather was perfect and the community was very friendly. Each day was a new adventure, one night we even saw a large group of bats in the night sky. Maybe this is why there were very little bugs. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. Would love to make this an annual getaway.

We always loved the outdoors, so we invested in a property there. Its been our joy and stress relief ever since.

This place has something for everone, fishing, boating, hiking, hunting and a 4x4er's paradise.
Or just read a book beside Sinmax Creek with the water trickling by.

What makes this property unique

Large deep Lake 45 miles long 2 miles wide. 3rd. deepest lake in Canada. The water is so clear and clean you can literally put a cup over the side of your boat and drink it. So quiet, ideal for beginners to learn water sports, only 3 or 4 launching spots on the entire lake. Try your water skiing, knee boarding, wake boarding or tubing with minimal risk.
