A quaint coffee station with a coffee maker, toaster and bar fridge has everything you need to get you started in the morning for your day of wine touring, paddle boarding, hiking or just kicking back and taking in the amazing view. Your private deck area is perfect for morning coffee with dining for two or kicking back with a book on the loungers . And at the end of a hard day of play you can sit back and watch the sunset while enjoying a lovely Okanagan wine.

'The Roost' is one of three quiet, adults-only suites in Villa Magnolia Guest House, with private deck and private entrance, and commands the best lake views in Naramata. Bordering Kettle Valley winery's vines, your view is all vineyard and lake, in a west-facing location that gives you the gift of beautiful Okanagan sunsets each night. The owners live on site, and are available to answer any questions you may have and help make your stay a great one.

Villa Magnolia Guest House is a peaceful oasis for those who love the beautiful quiet of the Okanagan; located within easy walking and cycling distance of seven wineries, Legend Craft Distillery, and the beaches and Village of Naramata. We are located on the glorious Naramata Bench, home to 45 wineries on a 12km stretch with spectacular lake views along the way. Easily stroll down to the Village of Naramata with its charming restaurants and shops including a Tea Cottage, Linen shop, and lavender shop. In the summer months take in the Farmers Market at Manitou Park with live music and up to 50 local vendors, including food trucks, gelato, pottery, art, jewellery and more. There is also a very well-stocked General Store in the Village that also sells wine and liquor and a take out/delivery pizza place, that delivers both to Villa Magnolia, and to the beach. The Village is an easy 15 minute walk from Villa Magnolia.

The KVR trail with its great mountain biking, hiking and trail riding is all at your doorstep.

A little further, the town of Penticton awaits, with more dining options, shopping, and Skaha Lake on the south end of town. Golf courses are also abundant in the Okanagan, with many excellent courses within easy driving distance from the Villa.

What a view!

What a lovely place to stay! Where to start? Communication with the host was lovely, directions were perfect, check-in was easy and the suite was amazing. Very tasteful decor, deck chairs and blankets to take in the view, close proximity to the wineries, and walking distance to the village centre. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again. Thanks so much for a lovely weekend!

What an absolutely stunning property and beautiful place to stay! The suite was spotless, supremely comfortable and the attention to detail second to none. Perfection in Paradise

Anna & Alan have a beautiful property. The room is clean, modern & most comfy. The deck has a spectacular view of Okanagan lake. For evening & morning relaxation on the comfy chaise longues there are cotton robes & snuggly blankets. The terraced garden is lovely .The bountiful u-pick cherres were a bonus!

Had a wonderful stay at the Roost at Villa Magnolia. Very nice clean room, fantastic king size bed and some of the best sheets I've slept in anywhere. Period. Absolutely amazing. The patio was great, large enough to lay out and relax on in the afternoon sun, and having two bathrobes in the wardrobe was a welcome surprise. We will very likely be back!

Naramata Getaway

The Roost is lovely! The decor was very current and spotlessly clean. It is well appointed and comfortable. The lounge chairs overlooking the lake are wonderful for relaxing. An added plus is being able to walk to wineries and to restaurants in the village.

Beautiful place

The room and deck were clean and a comfortable size. Hosts were easy to reach and on site; nice feature. Walls are a bit thin, but if all guests respect the noise level, there are no issues.

Excellent experience!

My husband and I came here for our 5th wedding anniversary. We were greeted by Alan and Anna and they were both lovely and assisted us with all of our needs. Anna pre-booked us a table at the Naramata Inn for dinner, and Alan arranged for e-bikes for us (located at the property). We were able to travel to wineries, little tunnel and around Naramata easily on the e-bikes as well. The view from the deck is even better than the photos! Overall, excellent stay!

Great spot right in the middle of so many wineries so it was easy to do a walking winery tour without the need to hire a driver. This quiet area with amazing views from your provate balcony is hard to beat. Would recommend.

Lovely space and sparkling clean

My husband and I have travelled extensively and we have never been more anxious to go on a trip given the current Covid Pandemic. We debated whether or not to keep our reservation at the Villa Magnolia in this uncertain world. We are so happy that we did decide to spend 4 nights in this lovely space that was sparkling clean. The owners Alan and Anna operate a very professional Guest House . We had all of the amenties that we needed in this private, contemporay Guest House. The detail and decor were simply divine! The quaint neighborhood of Naramata and its surrounding vineyards are a must see. Last but not least is the view overlooking Lake Okanagan...it was beyond beautiful...highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a peaceful and serene getaway...we willl return for sure :)

Perfect Getaway

The place is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. A very well kept and comfortable place. We really enjoyed the deck and the view which was amazing. Anna and Alan were great hosts who’s advice, information and recommendations made our stay even better. Several wineries just a quick walk away as well as a beach and great food!

The best option in wine country!

We were on a roadtrip in the PNW. This was our only reservation not in a hotel. This room was spectacular, spacious, and extremely convenient for what we came to Naramata to do - drink wine! The room was cozy, but not too small. We had the best view of the lake and the winery right at the end of our yard. Alan and Anna made everything easy and personal. If you and your significant other is looking for a calm and romantic spot to taste your wines. This is it! (Trust me - it’s 100% better than the Penticton resort and spa... also won’t dig into your wine budget nearly as much). Thanks so much Anna and Alan!

Quiet. Peaceful. Immaculate view of Okanagan Lake, Beach, Marina. The room perfect. Anna and Alan were great hosts. Private yard and even though there are other guests, we hardly noticed they were there. Just what we needed for out 5 days of relaxation.

We stayed in The Roost suite and it was perfect. Anna has decorated the space beautifully. Extremely clean. Had everything we needed. The private patio and view was amazing. Alan provided lots of information for the Naramata Bench area. Too bad we could not stay longer. We definitely would return.

Fantastic view, great location

Anna and Alan were great hosts, and they provided us with a wealth of information about the area The accommodation suited our needs perfectly, having everything the two of us needed for our visit to the Naramata Bench. The space was comfortable, quiet and clean. The view of the lake from our private deck was spectacular. I’ll be recommending this spot to friends.
