Great location, Small Decent Place
I stayed here with my daughter for the Sundance Film Festival and to get a day or two of skiing in. The place is noticeably smaller than it looks in the pictures. The pictures make it look like it is open and airy and it is not that. There is one bedroom of decent size, a small kitchen, a decent size bathroom, and a living room that is cramped. On the positive side, the location is great and parking is easy to find — although not necessarily in the lot directly in front of the building, we had to park across the street most of the time. The building is quiet and the unit is serviceable if you don’t spend a lot of time there (you are skiing or watching films). Otherwise it is small. On the flip side, the kitchen was poorly stocked with some basic utensils, for example, no dishwasher soap, sponges, cutting board, and there was little space to put any groceries. The thermostat was a disaster and the temperature was a constant 90 degrees regardless of how it was set. The owner was a bit hot and cold on the comms - I arranged with her quickly by text to stay an extra day but it took several days to confirm this in app. She was very helpful in allowing us to check in an hour early at the last minute, but she provided no checkout instructions in the app. When I texted her for instructions before checkout, she did had a few requests and was a bit testy. Overall, it met our expectations, but this would not be the first place I booked if I returned.

Had an enjoyable stay at Heather's place in Park City. Located within a 15-minute walk to the Park City Old Town and a host of restaurants (including Alberto's quick serve Mexican restaurant!). The owner is responsive with questions. Great having a full-sized kitchen to cook in. Would recommend for two people. There is a washer and dryer combo on the lobby and 4th levels of the building-not inside apartment ($2.50 for wash/$2.50 for a dry, you can purchase single-use detergent from lobby vending machine for $2). Used free public transport to get around. Very frequent service around the Park City area. Nice having a desk area to work from in the bedroom. Enjoyable stay!
We had a perfect stay...very cozy, had all the amenities we needed, hostess was very nice and communicated with us perfectly. Definitely will return when plans call for a stay in San Diego.
Positives were great host, good value for the money, comfortable, clean, good location, and free bus stop (minutes to main street) just across the street. Negatives were NO CABLE TV and only streaming so if you want to watch live TV ask Heather for another condo option. She does a great job in communicating and solving issues. There was a balcony but only 2 to 3 foot wide with no view. Parking on site was an issue but they did have overflow parking just across the street so no big deal. If no cable tv or good balcony is not a concern this is a great place to stay for the money.
Overall the accommodations were great with a few exceptions. Assigned parking would've been helpful with late night return. There was parking across the street and streets were well lit. Found a couple of good restaurants nearby within walking distance. A/C is available only in the bedroom. Living area has a ceiling fan and a tower fan. Sheets for the pullout bed were available, but was a scavenger hunt to find.
The place was clean and neat and when we discovered we needed a plunger, which had unexpectedly gone missing, the property manager was quick ro respond and get us one.
This unit is small - not much larger than a hotel room. But it has everything you need and provides a place to rest and relax after a day on the slopes.
Great king bed but otherwise everything else was pretty small / tight for 2 people. Shared hot tub was quite nice. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. WiFi was fast enough to take video calls for work.
The condo was just as expected. Good for a couple, even though there is a fold out sofa. Small high-top table has only 2 chairs for eating meals. The property manager responded quickly to our requests.
The location is great, Heather is great, Would be perfect for a couple. We have a tall 15 year old that just didn't fit in the pull out couch is the only issue.
Stayed for a month plus. Well equipped kitchen, lots of storage in this unit. Easy access to rail trail & free bus to Main St.
Property manager responsive & helpful. Good spot!
Free city buses and trolleys make travel anywhere in town accessible. Watch out for the evening traffic jam during ski season. There are several eateries within a block or two that are great and not too expensive. We had a great experience
The apartment was perfect - great size for 3 people, location was perfect, parking was easy, and the bus stop was super convenient to get around. Heather was great at responding to all of our questions and was helpful with sending a list of activities going on in Park City. Overall, 10/10 - would definitely book again.
We had a wonderful getaway. The property was nice and this place was well put together. We found everything we needed and if we needed anything the next day the manager had dropped it off, so perfect! The heat in the bedroom ran a little hot, made it a little stuffy when used, the elevator in the building went down so packing up to leave was a bit of a pain but something to be aware of. Other then that, we had a blast, enjoyed a nice cold snowy day in the condo with movies and games. Would definitely stay here again!
Had everything we needed for our three night stay.

The property was very nice. The night lights were a nice touch.
It would have been nice to have a lightweight blanket to use instead of the comforter.
It was wonderful to have the air conditioner, but it was noisy.
Nicely remodeled, has everything we needed. Close to trails - nice walk to Main Street! Would stay again!
