Located right on the lake in Port Severn, private patio with Crown Verity BBQ, access to outdoor pool, free kayaks, canoes, peddle boat, paddle boards and public fire pit. House comes with all bedding, utensils, plates, pots, cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle etc.
