Next to Monash University Caulfield: large master bedroom (queen bed & new comfy coil spring), second bedroom (2 single beds coil spring mattress), LARGE lounge room with a balcony, 60" TV, air-con/heating. My place is great for students, couples, business, & families (with kids). It's close to Glenhuntly Station, the 67 Tramline, Caulfield Pool, and a range of great food places in Glenhuntly, Carnegie,

The space
I have a lovely and very homely apartment for rent. It has 2 big bedrooms with built in robes. Apartment is fully renovated and you will be some of the first to enjoy it. It is so close to everything you need from the supermarket the new Booran Reserve Adventure Playground and excellent public transport. Glenhuntly train station and tram stops are close by which take you straight to Melbourne City. Monash University Caulfield Campus is in walking distance or you can catch the train for 1 stop. It is the best possible location in Glenhuntly.

You can enjoy the privacy of the entire apartment and it has an off street parking/undercover carpark in case you rent a car.

Other things to note
All the neighbours are quiet and appreciate quiet in the apartment block. So if you're looking to book please keep this in mind.

Great Christmas
The property was easy to find, parking a little difficult for a large car but we did fine. Close to the city and shops. All in all it made for a very stressless Christmas.
