Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of its incredible location. As soon as you walk outside you are on the riverfront and can enjoy the restaurants, theatres, botanical gardens, CBD shopping - (Australian Tennis Open / Grand Prix / Comedy Festival.) - too much to mention. Its non stop fun! Beyond the incredible views, the apartment is a a good size and superbly appointed with first class stereo and TV and other amenities for a quiet night home.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is designed for the long term stay. It has two car parks, a great gym and large heated swimming pool. The building security is first class. Two of the bedrooms have desks to work at and our professional guests enjoy the work, CBD, health and lifestyle balance.
