Harbour Oaks first floor condominium is located directly in the Village and is within perfect walking distance for shopping, restaurants, going to the St. Simons pier, or the beach. This gated community offers a swimming pool and a small gym. Everyone from toddlers, to our most mature guests, will enjoy Neptune Park for picnics under the massive oak trees, miniature golf, a playground, and a fishing pier. 0.7 Miles to the beach.

The condo is on the ground floor. Includes Secured Wireless Internet.

Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Great 90th birthday for my mom

My sister and I took our mom for her 90th birthday. We loved the unit and really liked the little corner room with all the windows. The pool was enjoyed and the unit couldn't have been more wonderful. A light bulb was out and it was fixed within an hour of notifying the rental company. Thank you!

Great location, Super Clean

We stayed here at the property July 8 - 12, 2023 while I attended a conference on Jekyll Island. My mom, 4 kids, and myself stayed here, and there was plenty of room for everyone! The property was located off of Mallery St. and near the Village. The condo was right beside the pool, so that was super convenient! We LOVED the pool and swam everyday! It was too far for us to walk to the village, but it was a very short drive. The condo is not within walking distance of the beach, but is still a very short ride. The condo complex is very clean and is gated, so we felt safe and secure. There is plenty of parking and one space is covered and that was great in the heat. The condo complex is very quiet. Our stay was absolutely great! The condo was well equipped with everything you need. Although, I would suggest they get some new pans - the nonstick teflon is coming off of the frying pans so they are unusable, but that is literally the only thing negative, and that happens with use to everyone! The communication for check-in and check-out were very clear and prompt. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Quick beach getaway

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and large, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was great. It was easy to walk to the shops and pier or hop in the car and drive.

Lovely

The condo was like a cozy cottage. All the bright windows. The design was great. Master on one side and other bedrooms on the other made for a very good sleeping arrangement. The home decor and pictures on the walls were fantastic. It rained a lot while we were in St Simon so we has to stay in. The condo was a good place to hang out

Great place!

The location and layout of this place was amazing. The neighborhood was was quiet and relaxing and the kids found families of turtles living in the pond. The only drawback was the pool wasn’t heated and there was a lot of brush from the trees that was in the pool so we couldn’t use it

Sisters trip 2021

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a sisters trip and it was awesome. We were not ready to come back. Everything I had read in the reviews was correct. It was very clean comfortable close to a lot of things. Lots of restaurant to choose from. The people was very warm and welcoming. The condo had everything you wanted in it. The beds were even comfortable. Lots of space it was five of us. We are planning to return very soon. A place you must visit.
