This big house is ideal for two families or a big group of friends holidaying together. The owners have owned the property for a number of years now and love holidaying there. You can have a large boys' room and a large girls' room as well as normal bedrooms for two lots of parents. With two children sharing a queen bed or even three with a king bed, the two large rooms can sleep 5 each.

With beds for 14, you need some space to expand into. The house has two large living rooms as well as an indoor pool and spa area.

The six-person spa is great to soak in after a day's skiing. And only a one minute walk down the hill takes you into town for food, drinks, or shopping.

In summer, the pool is amazing. The indoor area traps the heat and you can swim every day. In winter, the indoor area traps the sun to heat the house during the day. At night you can sit around the fire in one living room, and have the TV going in the other living room.

The house has unlimited free high-speed (100Mb/s) fibre internet and WiFi.

Originally built as a large family home, the house was remodeled in the late 90s and the ensuites added.

The largest bedroom is huge with a king bed, two bunk beds, and a sofa bed. Another large bedroom has a king bed, two bunk beds, and a sofa bed. The other two rooms have queen beds. All four bedrooms have ensuites. Three bedrooms have ensuites with baths as well as separate showers. The last bedroom has an ensuite with a shower.

Bedding, towels, and facecloths are provided, with the beds made up and ready for you.

There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer and the pool area provides a large area for drying ski gear.

The house is on the boundary of a residential area and our outdoor areas face residential neighbours. Please respect the residential area by keeping noise levels to a reasonable level, especially between the hours of 8.00 pm to 8.00 am. The local council has granted us resource consent for having visitors to stay with conditions that include:
• "The use of outdoor areas for the upper-level residential unit is prohibited between the hours of 10.00 pm to 7.00 am when this unit is being rented for visitor accommodation purposes, except that a maximum of four (4) people may briefly and quietly use the outdoor areas at any one time during this period for smoking purposes."
• "No amplified sound (music or otherwise) to be played within the outdoor living area between the hours of 8 pm – 8 am."
This does not affect your ability to have a late-night spa or swim. The conservatory is an indoor area and the swimming pool and the spa pool are in the conservatory along with some outdoor seating.
