Beautiful beach condo with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo is located on Okaloosa Island and is one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida, if not the world! The gulf can be seen and the waves can be heard from the greatroom, as well as the master bedroom. Newly installed windows and doors add to the beauty of this condo. This spacious condo provides tv viewing in each bedroom, as well as a HDTV the greatroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a view of the intercoastal waterway for your cooking pleasure if you choose. Or you may want to just have a cup of coffee on the patio while watching for dolphins. If you choose to dine out there are many options with our personal recommendations.


Rental Age Requirements: Emerald Isle Club (this unit) will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Immediate eviction and loss of rental money will result. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or subject to immediate eviction. Great vacation!

Property was very clean and in a great location! Easy access to the pool and beach and close to several restaurants. We went out to eat and had plenty of space at the condo to order in. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place just bring your beach towels and broom lol

Great place, very clean. Super close to the beach. Only complaints are no beach towels or items (cooler or extra chairs) and the place states a extra fee for excessive sand but doesn’t provide a broom. Did have to go out and buy one.

Home with a VIEW!

This condo is nicely furnished and inviting, it’s perfect for a family or getaway for friends! There are plenty of kitchen supplies, just make a grocery run and you’re set! The property is nice with clean facilities, laundry, pool, and deck area. You can’t beat the sand and water here! We loved our stay here!

Loved the location since we were there to visit my daughter who is at Eglin Air force Base . This area is quite not so touristy where you have to fight traffic. Inviting and clean

We just had the best fall break at this condo. Perfect space for our family of 4 (although it could easily accommodate 6). We enjoyed the view from the balcony and even saw dolphins swim by one morning! The condo was well equipped with everything you you wold need to cook, etc. We also enjoyed the pool - it was very clean and not crowded. The beach was so nice - we had great weather and the beach chairs were so great to have ready for us, especially since we had plenty to carry for the kids! We will be back for sure - this was the perfect space for us.

Kris was great to work with, she checked in the night we got there to make sure we made it safely after Hurricane Nate and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was perfect for our whole family. There were 4 adults and a 2yr old. Plenty of space to eat, sleep, and relax. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I loved the book with all the restaurant menus in it, I would only add the blue collar cafe it was amazing! We could see dolphins from our room almost every morning. The kitchen is really well stocked. Decorated beautifully too!

Wonderful condo!

This is such a nice condo. The views from the living room and master bedroom are wonderful. This condo is spacious and super clean. It’s just a short walk to the pool and beach. The pool is very clean also. Communication with owners was great and You can tell they take pride in their place. We appreciated the hooks on the wall in the entry. It was nice to have a place to hang beach towels. My only suggestion is to add a non-slip bath mat to the showers. I think build up sunscreen made them slippery. Overall, a very wonderful place. I’d love to stay here again and have recommended this place to friends.

Rudy and I fell in love with the beautiful white sand beach and the gulf waters. Our complex has 70 units, which we enjoy. We have the pleasure of getting to know our fellow owners, as well as meeting guests vacationing here.

What makes this property unique

Because of our location, we have the benefit of peace and quiet. Guests can enjoy the beach, restaurants, shopping and activities without the congestion of Destin.
In the condo, we provide a book with all the "things to do" on the island and surrounding areas.
