Sophisticated and elegant luxury suite with epic ocean and mountain views! We are pleased to offer this rare opportunity to stay in one of Victoria's oceanfront downtown neighbourhoods; located on Dallas Road in the Fairfield community. Our suite has south/west facing views with corner windows that offer epic sunsets and bright light throughout the day. The views of the Olympic mountains and ocean are stunning, and you will be front-row and center to one of the most beautiful scenes on the island!
Suite features include;
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet
Fully equipped kitchen with Vitamix and Nespresso machine
Roller blinds for sleeping in the master bedroom and remote-controlled shade blinds in the main living area
On-site parking
Air conditioning
Luxury finishings throughout the home with quality furnishings
Local and sustainable bathroom soap products provided by Nezza Naturals

Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 27 years old in order to book.
Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.
Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. We ask guests arriving past the standard window to carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions before they arrive, as our support team is only available until 7:00 p.m. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening be mindful to keep noise to a minimum.
Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.
No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine.)
