Casa super organizada e limpinha. Tem bastante utensílios de cozinha, o que ajuda muito no preparo das refeições. Fomos super bem recebidos, com direito a bolo delicioso de chocolate e flores lindas. A piscina estava super limpa e pega sol o dia todo. Voltaremos em breve!

Eu e minha família desfrutamos de um final de semana maravilhoso, chegamos e tinha um bolo delicioso de cortesia dos proprietários A casa é melhor que nas fotos, os móveis, camas, sofás, sao de muito boa qualidade, a sala é enorme, muito confortável e coube toda nossa família kkkkk, cozinha com todos os utensílios, área externa tem bastante espaço, área da churrasqueira completa com uma mesa grande e bastante cadeiras, piscina bem grande com várias espreguiçadeiras e ombrelones, prainha para as crianças. A casa fica dentro de um condomínio, nos sentimos bastante seguros com portaria e segurança. Um diferencial foi a contratação da Dona Conceição, um doce de pessoa, fez desde o cafe da manhã, o almoço e no final deixou tudo limpinho para nos. Proprietária sempre solicita, respondia de imediato, nos deu todas as informações e dicas de como chegar, mercados, pizza, padaria. A família amou, voltaremos em breve. Obrigado…

Para chegar até a casa, tem que percorrer 20 min de estrada de terra com muitos buracos, se chover você não consegue chegar lá ou ir embora da casa. Não tem nada perto, o mercado que fica na esquina fica a desejar, o mercado mais próximo fica a 14 min de carro. O condomínio não é muito agradável, pelo fato de ser tudo de terra. Os colchões da casa estavam com cheiro de mofo, algumas pessoas estavam tossindo, os travesseiros também não estavam em condições boas. A casa é grande e arejada. Um bom espaço, tudo amplo. Mas acho muito importante mencionar trajeto até chegar lá.

CHACARA SUPER CONFORTÁVEL
Excelente imóvel, encontramos a casa impecável na limpeza, ótimas camas, as instalações bem conservadas, o local é ainda mais bonito que nas fotos, piscina limpa e incide sol o dia inteiro, a Anfitriã Monique foi muito prestativa em nos atender, responde rápido, nos orientou quanto a localização, compras e outras dicas que deixaram nossa estadia ainda mais confortável. Indicou Dona Conceição para contratação na arrumação e cozinha, preparamos um cardápio antes de viajar a fim de organizar as compras e deu super certo, já fica a sugestão a quem interessar - peçam um dia de peixe , purê de mandioquinha e farofa de bacon. Excelente cozinheira.

Casa excelente
Passamos um feriado muito gostoso em um grupo de amigos. A casa é linda, nova e bem cuidada. Contratamos a caseira a parte para cozinhar e limpar e foi muito bom! Pessoa ótima, atenciosa e fez uma comidinha deliciosa. Uma pena que levamos uma cachorrinha poodle, não nos atentamos que não era permitido animal... a Dona do imóvel nos aplicou uma multa que não estava descrita em contrato... Outro ponto importante a ser mencionado é que a casa possui câmeras..então imaginamos que a Dona utilizou as câmeras durante a nossa estadia...o que tira a privacidade do hóspede!
