OUTDOOR COMMUNITY POOL
Make the most out of your stay and head to the community pool to cool off, relax, and refresh. The community pool is open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). You will need pool ID tags, which are required to let you access the pool.

Experience culinary delight in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and sleek stainless-steel appliances including a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. Whether preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you’ll find all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dinnerware at your disposal. Adjacent to the kitchen, a beautiful wooden dining table with bench and chair seating invites your family to come together for memorable meals.

At Eagle Splash Vista, entertainment options abound for guests of all ages. Enjoy the Pacman arcade machine, air hockey, and a selection of board games in the game room. The cozy living area features a large smart TV for movie nights or series binges. Outside, take advantage of the BBQ grill and the picturesque deck for leisurely evenings.

The entire cabin, including the private indoor pool, is for guests' enjoyment. There is also a resort outdoor pool available to use for our guests. We are located within the "Eagle Springs Resort" neighborhood.

To prevent parties, a noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room.
Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement
We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort.
There is a $200 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking and if you don't clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw cigarette buds outside the patio area.
The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not a gas fireplace. Please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin.
There is a front door camera installed in our cabin for your security.

In today's world, the privilege of being able to get away to the Great Smokey Mountains and spend quality time with your loved ones is a gift from God that we cherish dearly.
We hope to share our home with you so you can create beautiful memories together with your loved ones. We have a fully stocked kitchen so you can enjoy meals together, a BBQ on the deck with a great view of the mountains, and large entertainment areas so you can relax after a long day.
