Make your way through the front door and into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings and generously sized rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
Relax in the cozy lounge and a large Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night. (Fireplace is non-functional)

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals in the spacious dining room with a table set for 10 and a highchair available for the little ones.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
Three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home. Most of the bedrooms include large wall-mounted SmartTVs. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom #2 King a size bed, and Bedroom #3 Trundle with two twin beds, and a toddler's crib.

Two full-size bathrooms are located on the 2nd Floor. Both offer walk-in showers, toiletries, and clean towels for your stay.

BEDROOMS - 3RD FLOOR
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. Both bedrooms are spacious and have a wall-mounted SmartTV. One bedroom offers a pack n' play for the little ones. Bedroom #4 Kings size bed and Bedroom #5 King size bed.

LAUNDRY
Conveniently located 2nd level, you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
The house is set in beautiful South Grand, a neighborhood boasting vibrant cafes and restaurants, as well as a comic bookstore, antique shops, and clothing boutiques, and just blocks away is Tower Grove Park offering a Farmers' Market and tennis courts.

South Grand has a flavor all its own where you can travel around the world with unique stores and eclectic shops to a huge array of ethnic restaurants covering more countries than Epcot with Turkish kebabs, Vietnamese pho, Ethiopian injera, and Thai papaya salad – just to name a few. In addition to offering a veritable trip around the globe, the neighborhood also boasts some of the city's best vegan and vegetarian restaurants, including barbecue jackfruit tacos and New York-style slices made with cashew cheese.

Explore Tower Grove Park, an elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park that features pavilions, statues, fountains, and mock classical “ruins.” The neighborhood’s Missouri Botanical Garden welcomes visitors to one of the top three botanical gardens in the world. Renowned for its beautiful landscaping and, of course, flowers with a Japanese Garden, a Climatron geodesic dome, a whimsical Children’s Garden, and a garden dedicated to George Washington Carver.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. ✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
