You can walk or ride your bikes around the lake and see the ducks, birds and pelicans that call this place home. Walk to The Groove café for your morning coffee, and onward to the Barwon River walking trails. A short 5minute drive to the main shopping precinct (The Terrace), and Ocean Grove beach. Off-street parking is available, plus a double garage.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches including family-favourite, Ocean Grove Main Beach for swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months. Reefs and 13th Beach offer waves for advanced surfers.
The Barwon River caters to family fishing, boating, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 10mins drive away.

Reverse cycle air con units are provided in two bedrooms, ceiling fans in other bedrooms and natural flow-through ventilation in the living area on the lower level of the home.
The property is situated on a steep site with a sloping path to the front entrance. Inside the home there are stairs connecting each level.
The swimming pool is a raised concrete pool. Caution is advised when using the pool area to avoid any accidents from reckless behaviour.
The pool is heated all year round.
