Settle in to this gorgeous, brand new penthouse condo in a quiet but central part of Nanaimo's downtown core.

You'll love the airy feel of the open concept layout and vaulted ceilings, the abundant natural light and treetop views, and the peaceful sounds of the flowing river that wraps around this small, well-maintained building.

Ideally located along Bowen Park & the Millstone River and a very short walk to Nanaimo's harbourfront, the seawall, parks, restaurants, bike paths, and downtown.

Everything is here. Just bring your personal items, settle in, relax, and enjoy west coast living.

For longer stays or special requests, be in touch! I'm happy to consider your needs and work with you on an arrangement that works for both of us.

A 2022 Tesla Model 3 is also available for rent should you like to have a vehicle during your stay. There is secure underground parking in the building along with a dedicated parking space and bicycle storage.

Quiet condo on top floor

Clean, quiet, conveniently located condo…enjoyed a comfortable stay at this very modern like new condo. Enjoyed having a parking space for the rental car.

Nice Condo

Nice bright condo, good location, close to the sea wall and downtown if you enjoy walking. Secure underground parking, clean unit and building. Only comment is that kitchen is minimally equipped, which for shorter stays and basic food prep it is sufficient.

A perfectly located condo, designed for comfort

My husband and I could not have had a better visit in Nanaimo. We rented the condo for a month. The condo was situated close to the waterfront and walking path. We could walk to most events in town as well as restaurants from the condo. The condo itself is lovely and perfect for two people. The owner very thoughtfully stocked the condo s with most anything you would need, from cleaning supplies to extra linen, to a pretty afghan to toss over your legs in the evening. The condo is bright with lots of light coming in. The secure garage was comforting. The owner was easy to work with, from the first inquiry. We would happily stay there again.

I'm a boat captain by profession and I run a 68' sailing vessel for work on multiweek trips around the coast. I love to travel, adventure, and be close to nature so it's a perfect fit for me. I'm not home very often, but when I am I enjoy dirt biking, skiing, and being with friends.

Why they chose this property

I loved this property from the moment I first saw it. After 2 years of looking for something special, I knew this was the one. I wanted to have a place for my mother to comfortably stay when she's visiting from Ontario, but I can't afford that without renting it out. I had vacation rental cottages in Quebec for many years and I loved sharing nice places with others who will appreciate them and make great memories there, so I thought I'd do the same here in Nanaimo.

What makes this property unique

The decor, vibe, and location are all steller. I bought this place turnkey, and I love what the sellers did with the place. It feels relaxing and very west coast as soon as you walk in. Plus, it's so close to everything in Nanaimo's core, including the ocean, but it overlooks a green space and river that will never be changed. Couldn't ask for more from a condo downtown.
