Myrtle Beach Condo

The condo was very clean and nicely updated. It's convenient to grocery stories and shopping. It is set in a private community which is very nice. We hope to be back next year!

Enjoyed being on a golf course and walking down to the Intercostal Waterway. My husband especially enjoyed all the labeled light switches!

Everything was 10/10!

My family and I went to Myrtle this last week for my daughter’s softball Nationals. The weather was great, the town was even better and this rental was better than all of them. Unfortunately we would have to give this property and the hosts 5 stars…. I say that because 10 stars would be much more appropriate. The cleanliness of the unit far exceeded our expectations. We stayed with friends and visited others in different units prior to checking in and “our” unit blew away the competition. From the welcome card and book with suggestions and personal favorites to newer furnishing and decorations we really felt comfortable and at home at this property. It is close to everything in town and the layout of the pools and activities made life easy with 2 kids (13/11). Don’t hesitate to book this property as I can tell you that it is one of the nicest in that area. We are trying to plan our next “non softball” trip with (or without) the kids. Thanks again for the memorable trip!

Bobby & Jennifer are great host

First, I love the privacy of the condo and gated community since I've never been to Myrtle Beach. Next, the condo was very spacious and so clean, very convenient in our travel to and from the beach and the boardwalk. The condo is decorated so beautifully and so cozy like it's a home away from home. Bobby and Jennifer provide everything you need from furniture to cleaning supplies, all the way down to toilet paper. Because of the condo and it's location, I didn't have to worry about not enjoying myself while there because my valuables was safe in this condo and the patio was a pleasure to sit out there in the mornings to sip on some morning coffee or tea was great as well...very comfortable and the morning sun light was great to see in the mornings...overall I rate Bobby and Jennifer 's condo a 10 out of 10 and would tell everyone I know whose planning a trip to Myrtle Beach to go through Evolve and look for their listing...Unit 2F because they are great hostesses. Thank you for allowing me and my family to come and enjoy our 7 days of fun in the sun with no worries about our safety and our valuables!!!

Clean. Convenient. Great Value.

Exceptionally clean and well kept. We appreciated everything being clearly labeled and the little touches to help accommodate our stay and the recent renovations were tastefully done. The location is very convenient to restaurants, golf, and shopping. It was an enjoyable stay and we'll definitely look to book this in the future.

Fabulous!!

My Husband and I drove to SC and stayed at this lovely Condo located at 610 Waterway Village. After a 10 Hour drive, we opened the door To this this warm and inviting place. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. It felt like home. We have done a lot of traveling and honestly this was by far one of the best places we ever stayed at. with all the amenities one could ask for, it Doesn’t get any better than this. Our first trip ever to Myrtle Beach. Looking forward to our next visit.

Awesome Condo

We absolutely enjoyed our weekend stay at this condo. The owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Upon entering the condo, we felt right at home. It was LOVELY! I look forward to booking this condo again for my next visit.
