Welcome to Aqua Vista located on the east side of A1A and just a couple blocks to the Atlantic Ocean where you will find a very tranquil and private-like beach where you can stroll along and search for your perfect seashell**. From the upper porch, soak up a sunrise or just the relax to the sound of the ocean. Be sure to take advantage of sitting in the porch swing while enjoying your favorite beverage and take-in your surroundings. Sorry, NO pets.

This location is ideal if you want a sense of being off the grid, all at the same time knowing you are less than 30 minutes to many sights like Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, dining and the history of Old St. Augustine. If fishing is on your agenda, you are only a short walk to the Matanzas Inlet where you will find some of the best fishing anywhere along Florida’s Historic Coast.

Aqua Vista with its 4-bedrooms can easily accommodate your retreat with the family or friends for a quick getaway, a working vacation, or a winter break. The home is well appointed and decorated with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. This well-equipped kitchen and large dining room is ideal for enjoying an afternoon snack or a holiday meal with your family and guests. The living room is the perfect place to cap the evening, watching a movie on the large flat screen TV or to play games.

**Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
